Solid tax reporting tool, consistent quality

I've been using CoinTracking for several years now, and I just renewed my Unlimited Plan. My first experience was a few tax seasons ago when I needed help with FIFO Tax Calculation. This time around, I mostly used it for DeFi Tracking and getting my Realized and Unrealized Gains Report. Data import via the API is always pretty smooth, though sometimes a new exchange integration takes a day or two to fully sync up, which is understandable. Their support has been consistently responsive for the few times I've had questions about specific exchange nuances. The interface has improved over time – it's more intuitive for navigating the different reports now. It consistently delivers accurate reports for tax purposes, which is why I keep coming back. Compared to my initial use, the NFT Tracking has also gotten much better.

Good for tax stuff

I used the Free Plan for a bit to see how it worked. It was pretty easy to get my transactions in. Ended up getting the Corporate Plan because I manage a lot of crypto for my business. It helped me with my Tax Declaration big time this year.

Needed help with my crypto taxes

My crypto portfolio got pretty complex last year, so I finally shelled out for the Unlimited Plan. I used their Full Service Tax Preparation option, which was a lifesaver. Had a lot of questions about Staking Rewards Tracking and Margin Trade Tracking, and the Professional Tax Help folks were really clear. Importing my data from a few different exchanges through the API went pretty well, just a couple of small snags with an older exchange they helped me sort out. The reports, especially the Balance Sheet, were exactly what I needed for my accountant. It saved me a ton of time and worry.
